In-Home Physiotherapy
An initial assessment will include a subjective and objective examination. Amina will then review your prognosis and goals and develop a personalized treatment plan to help you return to your daily activities.
Follow-up treatment sessions will include hands-on manual therapy, education, strength and conditioning, and a home exercise program tailored to your goals.
Virtual Physiotherapy
A virtual initial assessment is similar to an in-person session, where Amina will go through the same process as an initial in-person assessment, only done virtually.
Virtual physiotherapy treatments include self-administered techniques (such as soft tissue massage), exercise prescription, education, and self-management strategies. Unfortunately, with virtual physiotherapy, hands-on/manual therapy cannot be completed by Amina.
Hybrid Physiotherapy
Hybrid physiotherapy begins with an in-person or virtual assessment, where follow-up sessions will include a combination of the two therapy sessions. This service may benefit you depending on your condition, where you are in your treatment plan, or your place of residence within Ontario.
